  • With such clinics or treatment providers with whom you are seeking to make and manage a booking or appointment
  • With third party service providers who process your information on Aesthetidocs’s behalf for the purposes above – such as payment processors, or IT service providers

  • If we think this is necessary to in order to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aesthetidocs, our employees, our commercial partners, or our customers. This includes sharing information for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction

Where your consent is required for us to process your personal information, we will ask for your consent at the point at which you provide your data. This privacy notice aims to give you information on how Revibe HQ collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when you book an appointment, sign up to our newsletter or request information on our services.

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

The data we collect about you

Identity & contact data – when you register as a patient or enquire about treatments, we may request your name, postal address, email address and telephone number. This allows us to book you in for an appointment and / or set up a patient profile for you.

Usage, marketing and communications data – this includes information about how you use our website, products and services. We may also collect data about your preferences in receiving marketing / communications from us. You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or if you provided us with your details when you subscribe for news and updates, in each case, if you have not opted out of receiving that marketing. Technical data – this includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website. When you register as a new patient or enquire about new treatments, we may collect certain information about your dental health. We will only collect this information directly from you. Some companies provide services to you on our behalf, such as the agencies who manage our website or the live chat function. These companies can only use your data on our instructions (i.e., not for their own purposes) and they must act in accordance with data protection laws. There is a £10 administration fee to receive an electronic copy of the records and personal data that we hold for you and a £25 administration fee for paper copies. We may charge a higher fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive, alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
